The Canals of Nashville

This re-imagined map of the Cumberland River in Nashville, Tennessee was created by altering 30 schools of Architecture and placing them on the riverbank.  Canals were then artificially created between each school.  The map is quite clearly inspired by “old world” maps of Europe, particularly Venice, Italy.  A "NashVenice"  if you will.
